There is no creativity. Only observation, synthesis, and refinement. Everything we call creative is borrowed from the world around us. The real skill is in knowing what to look at, what to keep, and what to let go.

It's all in the details. Always. The big idea gets you in the room. The details are what make people stay. Nobody remembers the concept. They remember how it made them feel.

Listen actively. Not to respond, to truly understand. Most people listen with one ear and their reply already forming. Real listening is harder than that. It requires you to set yourself aside completely and just receive.

Delight is not optional. It's the difference between good and unforgettable. Good design solves the problem. Delightful design makes you smile while it does it. That smile is not a luxury. It is the whole point.

Everyone is a designer. You just haven't realised it yet. Every time you rearrange your kitchen, choose your words carefully or plan your day, you are designing. The title doesn't matter. The intention does.

Time is the teacher. You cannot rush it and you cannot negotiate with it. Time gives you exactly what you need, precisely when you are ready for it. Until that moment arrives, the only job is to stay honest, stay real and stay true to yourself.

Either you are right... or you are happy! When you prove someone wrong, you win the argument and prove someone wrong. However, not necessary you were right. That's not happiness. And when you let you, let the person be right, you are more happier! I know it's deep!

Be there to learn. Never to correct. Every person you meet, every place you visit, every belief different from yours is an invitation to expand. Not to fix, not to challenge, not to convince. The most accepting humans are not the ones with the most opinions. They are the ones with the most curiosity.
